Plumber, electrician, newspaper vendor, and anything else the society calls regularly. A vendor's fixed fields (name, mobile) are deliberately just the basics — a name and mobile alone doesn't tell anyone what they actually charge. Click "Remarks & rates" on anyone and add Item + Rate — same two fields for every category, so prices are scannable and comparable, not buried in a paragraph: a milk vendor gets a row per type ("Cow milk" — "₹60/litre", "Buffalo milk" — "₹80/litre"); a newspaper vendor gets a row per paper ("Tribune" — "₹2/copy", "Nav Bharat" — "₹2.23/copy"); an electrician gets a row per job ("Fan wiring" — "₹500"). A plain opinion still works too — leave Item/Rate blank and just write a remark. Everyone's entries stay, so the list builds up over time instead of one person's note overwriting another's.
